We left Cat Island on Friday April 25, and we got home to New Orleans in time for lunch on Saturday April 26.

On Thursday April 24, we made our way from Horn Island to Cat Island by way of Ship Island, where we had a lovely visit. We also enjoyed a really nice morning sail!

On Wednesday April 23, we left Gulf Shores and began the final trip back to New Orleans, which we anticipated taking about four days. Our first day, we made it to Horn Island in the Mississippi Sound, farther than we planned.

We left Ingram Bayou Easter Sunday morning and headed for Homeport Marina in Gulf Shores, along the ICW. We stayed there for a couple of days, awaiting a weather window. And we managed to have some fun while there.

We enjoyed one more day in Pensacola before we head just a bit farther west, with plans to get to a marina in Gulf Shores on Easter.

We have been enjoying our stay at the Palafox Pier Yacht Harbor Marina in downtown Pensacola the last couple of days.

McRee Cove is a little protected cove just to the west when you enter the Pensacola Bay pass. We spent Monday morning through Tuesday mid-day here.

Day one in the Big Lagoon at Pensacola, April 13, turned out to be a pretty nice day.

We were trying to find an anchorage and then we felt a jolt and boom, grounded!
